Warranty Terms & Conditions

1.  This warranty will cover only the products purchased directly to the dealer’s Brother Thailand and local use only.

2.  For carry in service, free service charge and spare parts for the product that still in the warranty condition.

3.  This Warranty does not cover the damages arising from accident, misuse tampering, Acts of God, corrosion, rusting or stains, inserts inside machine, installation to wrong power voltage supply or subject to abnormal voltage supply, usage not in accordance to instruction for operations, normal wear and tear parts, software and machine installation, demonstration or training, panels, body or paintwork of equipment, cabinets, external parts, unauthorized alteration or repairs done by unauthorized person without the knowledge or approval from Brother Thailand.

4.  Brother is guaranteed against material damage and assembly as guaranteed under the warranty term of products. If the products are damage that caused by the use and maintenance as usual. Brother can choose to make repairs or replace a product with the buyer does not have to pay the costs of service charge and spare parts.

5.   All products warranty does not include Consumables and Periodical Replacement Parts (e.g. Ink cartridge, Ribbon cartridge, Toner cartridge, Drum unit, Ink Absorber/Flushing, Laser unit, Fuser unit, Paper feed kit, etc.)

A4 Color Inkjet Multifunction1 year carry-in service plus 3 months extra upon registration at www.brother.co.th within 15 days after purchasing. The print head will cover only in the first year.
A3 Color Inkjet Multifunction2 year carry-in service plus 3 months extra upon registration at www.brother.co.th within 15 days after purchasing. The print head will cover only in the first year.
Mono Laser Printer and Multifunction3 years carry-in service plus 3 months extra upon registration at www.brother.co.th within 15 days after purchasing
Mono Laser Printer and Multifunction <model HL-5440D, HL-5450DN, HL-6180DW, MFC-8510DN and MFC-8910DW>3 years carry-in service plus on-site service upon registration at www.brother.co.th within 15 days after purchasing

Brother’s Product Repair Conditions:

1. Brother Thailand will guarantee the repair service within 90 days after return machine.

2. Please take the machine return within 30 days after the machine repair finish.  Otherwise, the Company agrees to consider donating equipment to schools or public charity.
